This Retreat

An experience to be enjoyed as a family.

This retreat is designed for mothers, fathers, and children to experience the process together, with love and support.

Throughout the retreat, at least one parent has to accompany the child, actively participating in the process.

The experience includes:

Shared activities that strengthen family bonds
Special spaces for children
Exclusive sessions for parents
Constant support from the teaching and organizing team

Transformation doesn't happen in isolation; it happens when parents and children learn, observe, and grow together.

Who can participate?

Children and young people from 8 to 13 years old.

Accompanied by at least one parent.

Mandatory registration in family mode

Limited places available to ensure personalized attention.

Dates and Structure of the Retreat

The International Xi’an Retreat is designed as a comprehensive experience that

combines in-person immersion retreat, an additional cultural pre-tour option, and online follow-up course to support families before, during, and after the trip. Below you can see the dates and formats that make up this experience.

What Does This Experience Include?

To help you plan your trip with clarity and peace of mind, this retreat includes all the necessary elements for a complete, carefully and well-organized experience during your stay in Xi’an.

Includes:

Comprehensive training throughout the retreat
Accommodation in shared rooms.
-Yongqing Hotel (included)
- Spring Inn Hotel (additional charge applies)
Meals included: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Scheduled tours, entrance fees, and cultural visits
Translation services during the training
Outdoor activities
9 online follow-up sessions after the retreat

What's Not Included?

Some expenses and services are not part of the retreat package and must be arranged independently by each family.

International or domestic airfare
Visa processing
Taxi from the hotel to the airport (approx. 300 RMB
Souvenirs and personal expenses
Travel insurance (optional but recommended)
Additional nights before or after the retreat
Cultural Chinese Pre-tour (optional)
Breakfast at the Spring Inn Hotel
(this breakfast is neither included at either the Spring Inn Hotel or the Yongqing Hotel)
